About Friends of Friends of Friends
So it seems I been seeing alot of applicants asking if their friends can join or a friend of a friend who can join. Well there really is no rule about it so I'm gonna explain how this is gonna work from now on. If you are an applicant and wish for your friend/spouse/gf/family to join, then you must wait til your probation period is up for you to have anyone join the guild. We want to make sure that you are gonna make it thru our guild process before inviting anyone else in. That probation period is 6 full raids or 2 full weeks of raiding with us.
As for casuals and friends of friends who have joined the guild. I would like to see more of a sponorship going on here. So if you sponsored a friend to join and that friend a week later asks for his/her friend to join. I would like you to ask your sponsor(the guildie who got in the guild) to sponsor your new friend. For the most part, we trust the judgement of our guildies for the people they want in the guild and be part of our family and community. By sponsoring people, you are totally responsible for how they act in the guild. So if your friend is being a drama llama and we don't care for that attitude, then understand we will take appropriate actions against all members. What I do expect for those who you want to join is that they still know our rules and abide by them. That goes for raiding too. I don't want any of your friends to expect a raid spot all because you got them in the guild. If any casual player wants to join our 25 man group, they must do 2 things: 1.) Apply online like everyone else who wants a raider spot. 2.) Find the appropriate TANK, HEALER, or DPS LEAD and tell them you are interested in raiding with us.
If you have any questions about asking a friend to join, a simple thing to do is whisper one of the officers. This is just a guideline for people who are considering about joining and wanting their friends to join too or for those who are in the guild and don't know what to do about a friend joining.
